Out of the box, charge did not increase past 68% Have contacted support and will update review based on response.Tried to charge my samsung galaxy note 4 but only get 1.2 amp output. 2.4amp rating is really 1.2 amp per USB port. After a few seconds dropped to .5 amp, barely charging my phone not charging at all if I use phone while plugged in to the U10. The U10 dropped from 45% to 33% in 20 minutes charging my phone!Got a quick response from suaoki support. After discharging the U10 down to 33%, it then did charge to full 100%. Saw my phone pulling 1.5A at 5v, so looks like the problem resolved itself. Will update review if anything changes over next couple of weeks."Thank you for your message.1. U10 jump starter is with 20000mah battery, and the power is 20000mah*3.7V=74Wh.The charging time depends on your devices wattage. For example, if your battery is with input 5V*2A, then the power is 10W and if you do not calculate the power loss, the charging time is 74Wh/10W=7.4hours.Please better tell us your devices wattage and we will ask the product manager to check it well for you"Note, this is 20,000 mah at 3.7 volts.Adding another star, once it was fully discharged, recharged to full in expexted amount of time. Charging a phone used the expected percent of capacity. If I need to use it as jump starter will further update this review.Lots of better options if you want to charge devices, but this looks like a nice, compact jump start battery.

Haven't yet tried on a car, but wanted to make sure it actually worked. Used it to jump start my motorcycle with a weak battery. It worked but still couldn't be sure it helped because the battery wasn't dead. So then I used it to start a standby generator that didn't have the optional battery (could use a motorcycle battery). Put the jump starter in force start mode, and the generator started up quickly when I pushed the start button. That only dropped the charge down to 95%. Only annoyance was that working in cold weather with gloves kept bumping the power button while I was working with it. Got it into a mode with flashlight flashing red. Took a while to figure out how to turn off. Plugged it in and that turned it off until I could find help in the manual.It takes a bit of time with the manual to make sense of how to use it. So probably a good idea to practice with it before an emergency and out in the weather.cons:* manual is very small - pages are about 2 inches across and very small text. Used a copier to enlarge 4X and put the copies into the carrying case.pros:* it works* like the protection circuitry that protects against mistakes in connections* like the protective carrying case that keeps everything together* like having a digital display of charge level* like having the weather sealing* like being able to charge in the car with 12V as well as on 120V AC

EDITED 5/23/2019: The battery swell up after close to 2yrs of owning it and using it as a booster and many times to charge my phone(s), tablet, etc. After writing an email to Suaoki's customer support, they quickly emailed back and within 48hrs they offered from 50% discount on a new unit, to a complete replacement. After 3 weeks, I did receive the brand new replacement, and the booster is back to be ready for use. I personally think, that even though the battery swell up, their customer support was very responsive in the situation with a great attitude on fixing the problem. I will continue to support the products, as I have a Golf GPS Rangefinder also from the same brand, and will continue to mention the product I use as a booster for my vehicles and always carry with me when we go out on the boat.ORIGINAL REVIEWVery strong booster! I’m updating my review because the company reached out to me after my initial review. After reporting the issues to their agent. They sent a return label within 24 hours. They really care about their products and customers.I purchased this vehicle battery jumper because I noticed this same jumper start my vehicle in an emergency without any issue. I was so impressed, that I asked the tow truck driver for the make of this jumper. I then decided to purchase it through Amazon. When I first bought the jumper. It had about an 80% charge. I was able to jump start a vehicle with no issue. The charge kept going down as I used it to charge my cell phones. However, when I went to charge it. It's stayed at 1% over FIVE HOURS!!! This thing has not recharged from a single first use cycle! This unit is complete garbage. I'm unfortunately now stuck with it because it's past Amazon's 30 day window. This product does not work! If this can save someone else from making my same mistake. Then it's well worth it!

This is overall the best jumper I've ever owned... and seen for that matter. I had and my friends had some JnC ones that worked great too but this works just as good and is a way more convenient size. It amazes people when they see how easy it is. ... every time. My mother's car wouldn't start in the driveway and she wanted me to drive her to work with my car. I took out this little jumper and in 5 minutes she was driving her own car to work. She couldn't see how it was gonna work and when her car started right up she wanted one also. So now she has one and I also bought a few of these as gifts for other people. The price is right and it will perform. The light weight and ease of use will sell itself on anyone you help out with it.
