Cuisinart 6 Cup Muffin-Top Pan, Bronze

The instructions state that the product is non-stick without using any cooking spray but everything I cook in these stick unless I use cooking spray. The instructions seem to contradict themselves, first stating they are non-stick, then saying you can use cooking spray, and then warning that using cooking spray will damage the coating.I find that I have to put a significant amount of cooking spray on them to make sure things do not stick.Update: Months later, it seems like unless you totally coat the cooking surface with oil or other non-stick substance, EVERYTHING sticks to these. Definitely NOT non-stick. Did I damage the surface by using cooking spray? What choice did I have? Everything sticks.The product is 'OK' but not as good as advertised.

I have tried a total of 3 brands of these pans. These are a dream. I use them to cook eggs in the oven. The eggs slide right out. Clean up is a dream. I also tried making muffin tops and they came out great also.

I purchased this to make, different little egg and vegetable cups for breakfast, It works great for muffin tops too. Well made easy to clean.

I love Thomas's Corn Toaster Cakes but they are not to be found here in NC. I make my own with this pan. Perfect. Clean-up is a breeze!

I used this pan maybe 3 or 4 times since I ordered it in February. It was exactly what I wanted to make egg patties. The last time I used, the top layer peeled off and stuck to an egg patty. I like the pan, but will be looking for a higher quality pan my next purchase.

Non stick is great!!!

After a number of uses the baking goods started to stick and the coating of the pan started to bleed onto baked goods as you can see on the photos. I’ve bought four of them and now that the return window has closed I have no other choice than throw them into garbage. Very expensive experience!
