It doesn't seem very sturdy. The area that allows you to open it up to put around the neck seems flimsy.

The item is hard plastic and NOT Adjustable. The battery only lasted 5 minutes. The charging port does not get a good connection, so it stops charging after a couple of minutes and the cord is only 3 inches long. It is definitely tight around the neck, so if you do not like even snug turtle neck sweaters. This is not the product for you. I have not had it on for 20 minutes and I still feel like I'm choking.

It is complicated to use and the charging is not good. Also, the color went out after one say of using it.

DO MOT BUY’ i am not kidding that this is a seriously dangerous product. I don’t know if it is a defect or if just a horrible product, but I am so upset. I received my item, removed it from the box and used the enclosed/provided cord, which after about 20 minutes I started to smellBurning but didn’t know where it was coming from in my house. After about 30 minutes of charging, SMOKE! The cord was so hot that I burned my fingers trying to unplug it. I can’t believe how dangerous this piece of garbage is… I’m sending it back, and contacting Amazon’s and the manufacturer to tell them, this is a serious and very dangerous defect!!! I wanted to warn anyone thinking of buying this product… do your homework. If I had plugged it in and gone out or fell asleep, it could have been a total disaster!

This so called neck massager caused pain and tension in her adams apple and caused muscle around the carotid artery to seize up. Caused painful shocks as well. I had my card refunded because mine never got delivered to me and im glad it didnt, its dangerous and couldve caused serious harm to my mother who is nearly 70.

I don’t think this actually does anything.. yiu can feel pads get warm, but I don’t think it does anything else! It’s weird.
