Bought this to have as something sweet to add to baked oats. I did not expect it to be as good as it is. Absolutely does not taste like a low calorie food, it's like a really good thick salted caramel. It's very expensive no getting around that but you only need the smallest amount. Will definitely buy again

This is really nice,the flavour is spot on,spreads perfectly,you can tell it's not cheap,but nearly 10 pounds,why?it's not necessary to charge that much,and it contains erythritol sweetener which is good,but also maltitol,for nearly 10 pounds a pot i don't want maltitol in it,there's much cheaper imitations on here that use maltitol,and i'd gladly buy them but for that very fact,maltitol isn't keto friendly,has a glycemic index of 35,erythritol is 0,so it may not spike your blood sugars like table sugar,but it will to a lesser extent,so for the price i wish they'd remove it,and i'd gladly buy again.

I previously ordered one of the other flavours of these spreads which is so yum. I ordered another 2 flavours, 1 was as sweet and delicious. This one however arrived with the sealed half removed so I can't use it...sad sad day 😭....and no response from the seller.

I would stuff my face with this even if it weren't low-cal, because I have no self-control and it's absolutely scrumptious.Thank you, Gods of diet food, for making it low in calories, otherwise I would no longer fit through my front door. 🙌
