The more you know!
Used this product with great results for 6 months, helped a lot with my prostate issues, seemed to hit the right spot, rotation motor died, wrote an email and had a new one in a week! Great company!

Used 14 times and it broke!!!
Had one of these unti a month ago. Used once a month for 14 months and the rotating head died. Past warranty. Can’t get replacement... Junk!
