Don't buy this
This item came with a "manual" that is useless. The app refers you to the same manual. If you have ever purchased an electronic item from a Chinese company and the support literature was very poorly written and there is NO product support besides emailing someone and waiting for a cryptic reply, you know what you're getting with this product. I purchased it because it appears to be an Apple certified product so I assumed a certain level of plug and play. NO, NO, NO. My iPad Pro 6th gen with OS 16 did not recognize the device when it was plugged in. The app works but is very poorly designed and will only work in portrait mode. It will show my iPad memory, but will not show or recognize the disk. I am very computer savvy so I can get around most issues, but this is just a useless paperweight. I was able to transfer files to it from my PC and MAC. I emailed the "tech support" email and that is an exercise designed to get me more frustrated. I tried the Amazon product support prior to just asking for my money back and, though she was very nice, that too was just another waste of time.

Works but UI is inefficient
Takes a long time to move files. Batching files takes a very long time and there is a significant lag in refreshing the user interface while batching.

It is fantastic. It holds 3t it can be plugged up to three different devices and it’s got wires to plug into them, but the wires are attached to the device so you don’t have to worry about losing them and when you’re done, they just tuck right inside to the device and if it’s in the Palm of your hand. it is great. I had a technician here working on my Wi-Fi and I showed it to him and he even thought it was great. He said that was awesome. I said yeah I know it is so cool. I was used to these little things that are about an inch long that you plug into the end of your phone that you’re constantly losing, this you don’t lose big enough. You put it down you know where you put it down at those memory sticks are like yeah I saw that a month ago. Where is it and you never find it so you had to go out and get another one you don’t have to do that , you know that it’s nice . Technology just keeps getting better.

It works on the iPhone 16 pro max!
I asked the question thru your forum if it would work on my new iPhone. It most certainly does and when I plugged it into my phone, an auto message came up to install the app on my phone. Works perfectly and hope it continues this way.
