illy Coffee Reusable iperEspresso Capsule Stainless Steel Refillable Metal Capsule and Compatible with all illy iperEspresso machine

Product does not work my coffee comes watery and the connection piece sprays water all over my machine is not a tight fit, is there an attachment for the top that supposed to come with Capsule, my coffee comes like mud and I get Coffee spraying all over my machine. What are use the recommended capsule it works perfect no comparison not even close . How do I get my money back.

The capsule lid is not screwed on and can come loose during the capsule ejection. I own a Gaggia for Illy Plus and the capsule caused a jam the very first time I used it. While the machine was working, some of the water leaked around the capsule, so pressure did not develop. Then when I tried to open the machine, the capsule lid came loose inside the machine, causing a jam. Took a long time to recover the two pieces of the capsule from the machine.

I like the fact that I don't need to dispose of so much plastic waste so its great from that point of view. It does not however make coffee that tastes the same. I think its the pressure in the capsule or something. Great if they could figure out how to get it to work the same.

OMG where do I even begin. I have the Francis X7.1. This product did not seal tightly and I could not get it to seal well even after several attempts. After the brewing cycle, the coffee filter holder turned and came off of the machine like it was suppose to but without the refillable OKCafe. It was stuck in the machine. I had to take a pair of pliers to remove it. The bottom part of the capsule came off after turning it with the pliers but the cap/top was still up in the machine and had to be dug-out separately. I tried this product 3 times, packing the coffee 3 different ways, it got struck every time. I am so angry that whether or not I find the packing slip I am returning this to Amazon because I don't want it in my house any longer.

I really did want to like this product, since, after all, it promises substantial saving on the $0.71 cost  Illy Iperespresso Capsules Dark Roast 21-Count Capsules - 6 pack  of a single capsule.PROS: Nicely finished aluminum. Promises to be lasting quite a while.CONS: The top is very hard to take off. I had to use a soft gripping jaws pliers in order to avoid damaging the top. Messy: Filling up the tiny capsule is messy, in whichever way one tries. Emptying (after having to use the pliers again) is easy. NO crema whatsoever. The very thin silicone O-ring may not last very long. The resultant coffee drink (it definitely is NOT espresso) is either too weak or - when grinding finer and tamping harder - the machine OVERFLOWS.FINAL THOIGHTS: Great idea and nice attempt by the manufacturer. I'm afraid I can't recommend his product. Staying with the ILLY capsules.

Received item on time with good packaging. It seems smaller than I expected but made of great material and feel sturdy and look elegant. Easy to use and fits in the coffee machine very well. I Recommend it.

Excess water spills all over counter bad fit.

IT WORKED EXACTLY AS DISCRIBED. IT FIT MY EXPRESSO MACHINE AND WILL PAY FOR ITSELF WITHIN A SHORT TIME BECAUSE I AM ABLE TO USE IT INSTEAD OF COSTLY CAPSULES.
