Q: Is this product gluten free or manufactured in a facility with exposure to wheat?

It is manufactured in a facility that is not gluten free, but has been tested and certified gluten free.

Q: Do you have kosher certification?

We are not currently Kosher certified. We use no ingredients that would not be Kosher, and all but one of our ingredients are certified Kosher. We are working to be certified Kosher very soon and will update this when we are.

Q: Is this really organic? why does the description say certified-organic but there isn’t a usda certification?

It is not organic. We'd love to go organic, but unfortunately some of the ingredients just do not have any organic sources. We've never claimed it is organic and I am not seeing anywhere in the description that says organic.

Q: There is something very hard black particles that taste like sands in the oil. What is it? I have to throw away my entire dish because these things.

These are pieces of the Sichuan peppercorns most likely. We've been shifting to a finer grind size on the peppercorns to eliminate any larger pieces of peppercorns. I'm sorry you didn't like the texture.
