Great pasta
This pasta is delicious. Tastes like regular pasta and the texture is not grainy at all. Takes a bit longer to cook than regular pasta, but definitely worth the wait.

Hands down the BEST gluten free pasta out there!
Love the pasta, just don’t like it when the delivery person leaves it on my front door steps where the rain has destroyed the box and left the pasta exposed.We are not given the choice of ‘Carport’ but it would make a lot of sense since I live in So Florida where we get rain every day frequently all day. That’s all. I wish Amazon would get that glitch fixed.

Delicious and easy on my gut
I’m glad I found this brown rice pasta. I was looking for an alternative to the typical American wheat pasta. Over the years I tried several variations of wheat-free pasta and they were either unappetizing or they made my gut unhappy. I love this particular brand and I buy it in the 4-pack so I always have some on hand.

Super satisfying texture
For a gluten free product, I was surprised that this had an even better texture than traditional bowtie pasta. Biting into it and chewing you get the perfect level of firmness. I didn't expect that from a pasta made from only brown rice and no other grains added for support. Normally rice pasta is kinda gummy on it's own without a blend of other grains. I followed the exact cooking time instructions, and the pasta was cooked perfectly each time. That never happens with any other pasta I've used. I usually have to experiment with cooking times. It's a bit pricey (I would order tons more if it were cheaper) but I will splurge for the occasional treat. Ordering more now!

Great for Cold Pasta Salads
Holds up well, not rubbery and does not fall apart when cooked per package and then used in a cold pasta salad. Most GF pastas don't perform this well. Tastes like regular pasta. Will buy again.

Closest thing to wheat pasta I've found.
This makes a pasta with a taste and texture the closest to traditional wheat pasta I've been able to find. It's not perfect but so much better IMO than chick pea or lentil.

Cooks up like wheat based pasta. Good flavor. Good texture

Tastes great
Loved it! It takes few more minutes to bring to Al dente but great substitute to regular pasta for the celiac sufferers.
