Amazing.
I have a blood condition. It makes certain things for energy either not work or work for a short amount of time. This is the best supplement for energy I’ve ever tried. And I’ve tried a ton of them. I take two as recommended and it makes me have enough energy to not even need my afternoon nap. I can be awake all the way until bedtime. It seems to work fast. No jitters. Goes down easily in a capsule. I have a clearer head when I take it. I would highly recommend it.

Really works
I am not a person that usually takes medicine or any pills at all. When I do, I usually get a great effect. I really loved these because the caffeine kicked in but I also did not feel a dramatic “crash”, I would say there was no crash or sense of energy lost. The energy it gave me helped me get the tasks I needed to be done instead lolligagging.

Average
Nice mix of B vitamins which I like. Medium energy and focus improvement when I took it. Came sealed. Doubt I’d pay the price for it. Didn’t notice any jitters.

My addiction
I can't wake up in the morning or function at work without my multiple daily intake of caffeine. These are an expensive option and I'm not sure why. I take two in the morning to get my 100mg that wake me up and keep her going until lunchtime. Then I take two more to function the rest of the work day. Depending on what I have going on in the evening, I may take another half dose, so I like that option with these 50mg per capsule. Honestly, my favorite thing with this brand is the compact, but retro cool metal jar that they come in.

Theyre okay
Theyre okay, but i tend to want another a few hours later. Ill probably stick to drinks, easier to down one while i work. Otherwise these are nice, they work for me and help me wake up in the morning.

It didn’t do much of anything
Price point and bottle is awesome. But the product is not for me. I’m always looking to try anything to curb my adhd and try more natural options. But it doesn’t work for me.

The Rhodiola Root Of A Problem
Disclosure: This was sent to me for free via the Vine program. I did not receive monetary compensation to write this review, just the product itself. So short summary: I love caffeine, I use it to combat side-effects of my meds, I like trying new types. That said, this one was a new one for me. I'm not big into the "nootropics" thing. Half of the medicines I'm on will react with random herbs so I try not to try stuff with them in it. I mean, I can't even have grapefruit anymore because of my medicine. I can't have grapefruit peel, seeds, fruit, juice, or oil. They all contain furanocoumarins which mess with several of my medicines. How crazy as that? I could be defeated by a cup of gin and juice. However, I researched this one and found that it didn't seem to have any interactions with my medicines, so I took the plunge. Now, if rhodiola root is supposed to do anything, I can't tell. I've been taking this daily for a bit now and I've seen no change above and beyond normal caffeine pills. These caffeine pills clock in at 105mg caffeine to 200mg l-theanine, a little lower than the preferred ratio. They have a healthy dose of B vitamins, as well as the aforementioned root. It SAYS that it's an adaptogen that helps with fatigue but, honestly...these pills don't do much for me. The standard dose, according to the bottle, is two pills once a day. But at only 105mg caffeine and 200mg l-theanine, that's pretty much a strong cup of tea, maybe two cups. And the rhodiola root, at least to me, does nothing. So not only is the rhodiola root ineffective, the caffeine/l-theanine is not at an acceptable level either.Wrapping all of this up, this is a whopping $25 for 60 pills (30 doses). $25 for 30 doses is about $.84 a day. Not much...but you also don't GET much for that $25. There's plenty of more effective caffeine/l-theanine combinations on here for far cheaper, and I'm sure you could get rhodiola root for far cheaper as well at a higher dose. Sure, the capsules are vegan and it comes in a fancy metal tin...but it's a pretty weak stimulant. If you have money and want a more mild entrance to caffeine/l-theanine, then maybe go with this? I dunno, I'm not a huge fan of it only because it's like Flander's ski suit in a pill: like taking nothin' at all.
