Fine Handcrafted Solid Wood Magic Wand for Witches and Wizards, The Vine Light Brown

I love the unstained wood and how deeply the vines are carved into this wand. I can tell that great care went into carving this wand. It feels light, yet solid. So much better from the horrible resin/plastic wands I've seen. The green velvet container is a lovely shade--foresty. Wand arrived within specified time-frame. Very happy with product and service.

This wand is beautiful. My daughters loved it and argued over who would get this one during the now annual Magic and Mischief celebration of all things Harry Potter at Staunton, VA. It should go without saying that any thin piece of woodwork has an inherent fragility that requires care. That's the only disadvantage of choosing a true wooden wand over a plastic one. Having said that, I loved this beautiful wand, and more to the point, my daughters (9 and 21) loved it even more.

My kid was very pleased with this wand. It is similar to the Hermione wand in style but I think it is lighter in color. I give it only 4 stars instead of 5 just because it is pretty light feeling and therefore feels like it could break easily. The carving on it is very nice however. My daughter is using the wand with her Halloween costume and is old enough to know not to knock it on things. I wouldn't recommend it for a younger child who might do so.

My son is so excited to have this wand, we got the Raven one and it's a really fun design and well made. Hours of entertainment and imagination stimulus, Thank you!

To preface, I am someone who literally never leaves product reviews, good or bad. I am leaving one today to warn all prospective buyers that this product is far from what is advertised. The wood is cheap and bent, the carvings are shoddily made, there was no wand box accompanying the item, and the single sleeve it came in was thin, poorly constructed felt fabric. For anyone who has seen the actual Harry Potter wands, either at Universal Studios or otherwise, know that this is purely an imitation product. I am also convinced that most of the other reviews were left by bots, or they belong to a different thread. Whatever the case, save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. Deeply dissatisfied.

Exactly as pictured, the carvings are high quality.

This wand is my 10 year old daughters favorite! The others light up etc; but that also means they have buttons and batteries. This simple, beautiful wand she believes is the real thing :)

Nicely crafted out of solid wood. I suspect it's more fragile than plastic but it feels solid. My daughter loves it.
