Simply the best laptop out there
Its amazing for gaming and working best cooling ive ever seen and don’t forget to download the omen hub from google for the lightning and controls

CPU is a bottleneck i7-12700H 2.3 Ghz unlike advertised
I wish it was an AMD Ryzen 5800H 3.2 Ghz because the intel CPU speed is a bottleneck with only 2.3 Ghz not as advertised above, if you want to play single process or VR games, this is not the Laptop for you, they made everything great but they added cheap unreliable ram and a weak ugly CPU, my cheaper omen 15" Ryzen 7 5800H with nvidia RTX 3070 is much faster than it!Shame that they used great parts and then killed them with the CPU!

Be aware that this is not a new product
its refurbished with upgraded SSD and Ram, but overall not damaged no scratches and looks great and works perfect

Good overall, but I didn't like 2 things
1 RAM is single channel, and there is weird flex in the chase

I got a used piece, not even properly packed up.The software is not the original one from hp.

LAP HP SENSACIONAL, llegó en perfectas condiciones.
Con la capacidad en HD, en memoria y la velocidad i7 casi de las últimas generaciónes vino a solucionar mis problemas y por el beneficio/costo esta estupenda, una compra Excelente.

completa basura
- a los primeros dias de usarla el trackpad se volvió insensible y las bocinas vibraban mucho asi que no se podia subir el volumen mas de un 24%. - 5 meses después, la pantalla empezó a fallar mostrando lineas en el display hasta que ya no encendía.- El cargador se desconecta fácilmente por lo que el cargador tiene que estar al mismo nivel que la computadora si no se desconecta.Pésima compra.

Great value, more power and features 17" screen.
Great gaming laptop, lots of features for the money, look at many lap tops this one had it all , windows 11 no issues at all.

Great Product, Poor Packaging
The laptop works great, came in its original box with all its items. However the packaging from Amazon was a poorly sealed box with no foam nor impact absorbers around the laptop box at all.
