AMAZING POTS AND PANS
First, WARNING, don't use PAM or other spray on oils. The manufacturer clearly tells you not to. Our daughter has a set, and she used PAM many times before realizing that the non-stick feature was being compromised... Did not work as well. Have you ever cooked scrambled eggs in your stainless steel pans only to have to scrub the baked on egg residue off? Really scrub? With these pans, no scrubbing is needed. In fact, I just rinse the "cool" pan off under real warm water and the egg residue comes right off. Worse case you might have to use a wet soapy sponge, and glide the sponge over the pan. We have a conductive range and these pots and pans work perfectly with it. These pots and pans are truly non-stick. After having these pots and pans for several months they still look brand new.... inside and outside.

Greenpans Valencia Pro are fantastic!
I bought this set to replace my wonderful high end nonstick hybrid cookware because those pans, as much as I loved them, are very heavy and I was having trouble lifting them, especially the bigger ones when filled with food. These are lighter but not so light like the cheap nonstick aluminum pans. The nonstick is fantastic, the hard anodized is great heating evenly and on lower heat settings. Plus, they can take oven temperatures up to 600 degrees! The lids up to 425 degrees. They are well worth the price.

Good so far!
I got these for my wife for Christmas, she absolutely loves them. They cook food nicely, no sticking or black flecks from Teflon. So far they appear to hold up nicely not using metal utensils or a dishwasher. It's advertised that those can be done but there's many reviews that suggest against it. As soon as we're done cooking, simply apply a little bit of soap and some water and they wipe completely clean. There's no need to put them in the dishwasher, nothing sticks to them. The one drawback that I would say is that the handles on the side of the pots heat up to almost the same temperature as the pot. The pans don't have this problem. We're cooking on a gas range, if that makes a difference... I believe I paid quite a bit considering the few pieces we got, however a week later the price it increased by several hundred dollars... I guess I should say I got a deal, but they're pots and pans and just like everything they will not last forever. 11 months into it and I would recommend these. Still cooking food, no flecking of cooking surface. The only potential drawback is on the pots... The handles which are made of metal get quite warm when you're boiling water or making soup or something like that. Cannot use the handles without a pot holder of some sort. Does not change quality of the product. I'll post an update a few months down the road to see how they're doing still.

Will never buy these again
Loved them at first, enough to buy a second set, but these are not cheap and we're now regretting it. Pros: - ceramic is awesome. way better than old school non-stick. - aesthetically nice, especially the newer lid design - skillets and pots often can use the same lid size Cons: - The ceramic that "won't chip" absolutely chips like crazy. We've never used anything but wooden spoons in them and they're all chipping. We don't want to eat ceramic chips. Our kids don't either. - Once the ceramic chips the *inside* can rust! - The bottom coating wore through even faster than the ceramic started chipping and the whole thing RUSTS. Very hard to get out of countertops and can't stack the pans anymore. - Warranty is awful and won't cover these glaring defects

Green Pan is highly ranked, preferred, and it's for a good reason
They say that people really do read reviews. I agree as I am one of those people. I also write reviews, not for every product, but definitely for those products that warrant a review. Green Pans Valencia series is one such product. I purchased these pans and pots to replace two other sets of non-stick we have. One is an original Emeril Lagasse set from 2004. Shows how good those pans were. The other a Gotham Steel Copper set from 2018, not so good. I felt it was time for a unified looking set and I had just watched America's Test Kitchen review cookware. They're top pick for non-stick was the Green Pan Valencia series. Consumer Reports rated them very highly as well. I had a simple set of Green Pans shortly after they came out on the market in 2013 in the second home we had. Our youngest son has them now, so I was already familiar with the brand. It was the Gotham Stell ones that replaced those pans. But as I noted, they weren't as good as the Green Pans or The Emeril set. So, when Amazon had a sale on the Green Pans, I pulled the trigger. We've had the pans now for a couple of weeks and followed the pre-use instructions. First, they got a light wash. Then, on their first use they were heated on a medium heat for a minute or two before any oil was added. By adding oil, I mean a tablespoon or less. To date they have been wipe out clean after frying. Just like on TV. They are very substantive in the hands, but not heavy. They heat evenly and there is no noted running of liquids or oils to one side or the other showing the pans are flat. They are rated for all types of cooking surfaces, but we have electric and have noted the setting of the stove is a little lower on all burners, indicative of a good thorough heating material. I hope to get a couple of decades out of this set. But I do note, my wife kept a couple of the small 8 inch Emeril pans for eggs.

I waited a for a month of use to review. If you follow the instructions, don't always use the highest heat setting, use non metal utensils, use the protectors to nest etc this set should last a long time. Very easy to clean, even heat. My only complaint is the pot lids don't have a hole for steam that my old set had so you have to leave the lid tilted on pot to avoid boil over.

I’ve had these pans for a little over a month. And have used according to the directions with a little oil. Everything sticks to the pan. Burning the food. I’ve tried turning the heat down, still burns. Also today I noticed that some of the pans were beginning to peel. Incredibly bummed as I was hoping these would last us for years. - didn’t make 2 months.

incredibly beautiful pots. very gentle to use. from improper storage I damaged one. now everything has started to stick to it. if one scratch appears it is a disaster. I wash it in the dishwasher. one minus. the handle gets very hot! impossible to touch. always have to use a glove

I absolutely love my new pots and pans. I have had them for a few months and they are amazing! My only complaint is the lids. There are two of the same size for the deeper pot but there isn't one for the large pans. With us having a gas burner the Handel's can get hot as well. They are heavy duty so the are pretty heavy. I am weak so it can be hard to us one hand when trying to strain them. But they are so worth it I just have to make sure I have two hands when pouring the food out. Sorry for the horrible photos. But they are SUPER easy to clean. I can easily run water over the pan and wipe it out super easy. I'm obsessed

Very good quality. They seem very durable. I have been using them for a few weeks and the results are great. Pay attention to the instructions as the heating needs to get a bit used to, but after that they work very nice and the end result is much better from my old pans.
