Tasty meat
I am not a big lamb fan due to the specific smell this was fresh and tender. Big bone indeed but I was expecting it.

Great in the pressure cooker
Lamb shoulder is a tough and fatty cut, so needs a long cooking time. Can certainly recommend it for pressure cooked lamb tagine, came out of the 45min pressure cooker cycle falling of the bone and tender, was very good.

Bone in, fatty, not much meat
I slow cooked for approximately 5 hours, the meat was tender and tasty but there wasn't much. Only just fed me & my two children.
