I originally started my journey back to health with Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver with such amazing results, I remember impatiently waiting for each of their new products to come available. The Beef Heart is one of the next products I tried when it came available and my body responded just as happily and with incredible results as with the Beef Liver. I have been taking Ancestral Supplements for over a year and I feel like I am at least 10 years younger, I’m 43 yrs old, with great energy and also a healthy glow in my skin, hair, and eyes. The following is my review for the Liver posted over a year ago, on March 2, 2017…I hope my testimony can help at least one other person but truly hope it can help as many people as possible because I remember feeling hopeless in finding health again not so long ago, in retrospect: “I purchased this grassfed beef liver because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and also adrenal insufficiency, and tissue thyroid resistance. I have been purchasing several high dollar supplements every month for over a year with a very slow and challenging recovery. I read that beef liver, specifically from grassfed beef, is one of the most nutrient dense foods to eat. Well, I didn't have the nerve to cook up a beef liver and thought I would look into a supplement form. I referred to this product's website after finding it here on Amazon and I also talked directly with the owner regarding some questions I had. Brian, the owner of this company, was so helpful and he answered all of my questions in a way that I felt very confident in making the purchase. I take the recommended dose of 6 capsules every day. I split them up throughout the day but you can take them all at once if you wanted to....and, you can easily take these on an empty stomach with absolutely no issues....which is a blessing for me! After a couple days of taking this I noticed a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing and after a week of taking it I had more energy than I can remember in at least a couple of years. Everyone around me is commenting on how well I look and they have noticed that I'm pretty near my old energetic self again. This beef liver is very easy to take! I can not detect any smell that would be unpleasant at all...which I was a little worried about after reading about eating beef liver. There is zero after taste, etc. The nutrients you get from this liver are highly bio-available and your body know what to do with them and will absorb them so easily since they are not chemically isolated or man-made nutrients. I've tried just about everything out there with very slow to notice changes in the past 14 months.....sometimes it feels like you take one step forward and then 5 steps back in getting your health back on track. These little capsules have made the biggest change in my life in the short two weeks since I've received them. I am thrilled to say the least! I stumbled upon this supplement when a person asked about it on a Facebook page that I'm a part of. I was really intrigued because I know how crucial it is to include all parts of the animal regularly in our diets, not just limiting ourselves to the muscle meat. After looking into Ancestral Supplements' website, I was very satisfied with the sourcing, quality, and general ideology that the company upholds. It generally paralleled my own lifestyle. Our ancestors ate all of the organs: brains, liver, heart, spleen, kidney, etc. We're the only animal that defaults to just eating muscle meat and ignores the organs (most people at least) and even the bones. When I feed my cat, she will almost always go for the liver or heart first, followed by whichever other one is left, and even the other giblets before going to the muscle meat. Other animals show the same behaviors and choices when eating. "Like supports like" -- The idea of eating the organ of a healthy animal would help the corresponding organ in your own body. I believe that there's truth behind the old saying. Heart is one of the best sources of CoQ10! That's something that many people don't get enough of. It also offers collagen and elastin, as well as B12. I've also worried that my heart may be a bit weaker due to an irregular heartbeat and chronic arrhythmia when eating sugar, so I chose to include this supplement for heart support. I can see there’s a lot of suspect reviews on here that could possibly be paid reviews, so I’ll give my own review as someone who has watched Liver King time to time on TikTok Started taking these as I thought why not give it a go as I’ve tried many other supplements over time so it’s not like I’m scared to try another brand and something new as these are beef organs not your usual supplements and it was more of a laugh too as why not it’s liver king look how shredded he is lol But yeah after 2/3 days of taking them I noticed I was a lot more energetic from waking (I struggle to get up sometimes) and gym has been a blast with this extra energy plus my physical job working nights after gym, yes they definitely are expensive no doubts about it but I think I’m gonna carry on using these as they’re actually pretty good, take this next bit with a pinch of salt if you want as like I said reviews aren’t honest anymore from some people but from me this is honest and the thing I’m pleased about most: I seem to be losing a fair bit of weight and at a good rate too. my weight has been difficult to manage unfortunately for many years so this has really perked me up in the last couple weeks, hope this review helps anyone deciding to purchase, if you research into beef liver and heart there are really a ton of benefits so I’d like to say what I’m experiencing makes a bit of sense?

Since starting on the ancestral journey less than a month ago I've noticed some awesome affects; Fat is beginning to melt away - even the old bad fat on the belly and chest I was never able to shift! Eyelashes and eyebrows have started growing again (lost these following radiotherapy over a decade ago), muscles have grown a little bit but the muscle I do have feels better and stronger, my skin feels more alive and silky smooth - all in less than a month!! I'm sure there will be lots more healing going on inside my body and I'm looking forward to getting back to my best and making the most of life! My cousin came for a visit a few weeks ago looking tired and worn out from work and other stresses, like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders. I purchased the heart and lung supplement to help my circulation as I'm in the early stage of phlebitis. I work 12hour shifts as a care assistant, always on my feet and I'm so happy to say that i don't feel my legs so ackey and heavy anymore. I can also breath so much better. This is amazing!
