Amazing, amazing!It's a mini power house. It's so small yet so effective and powerful. All the modes are solid and the hose is definitely long enough for my car and garden.I am deducting one star simply becausea) the hose leaks where it's connected to the tap. I have used a much cheaper one of my neighbours and it didn't let a drop of water out. Whereas this made a mess when it was tighneded at its best.b) the outer covering around the hose is a thin wool like material and can't be too sturdy, so definitely needs to be careful with that!!Having said that it's a really good product with a very good finishing and compact reel. I only paid extra £6 for the reel and I have to say I am a one happy customer.

I actually ordered this for my neighbour, he wanted it to run from his outside tap to his sitting room for filling his fish tank.He’s delighted with it. Had a look at it myself and I’m going to order one too!You open the box and when you see it you think ‘is this for real?’ 🤔 because it is so small. The hose expands as you run water through it and then retracts after use.It’s very compact when not in use. You can wall mount it or it’s so small you could stick it in a cupboard when not in use.

I am always reluctant to leave poor reviews, but I am returning this hose as I seemed to need super strength to pull it to any length. No use if like me you want to attach it to a sprinkler. My water pressure is okay (4 bars if you know what that means - I don't) but the hose only expands if you really pull it. As soon as you let go it retracts. A shame as it is lightweight and does retract easily - a bit too easily. No, it doesn't kink which is a good thing. If you only need a short hose it would be fine, but not for 30m. Sorry!

Bought this to allow me to water the front garden via back garden tap. Connected it, turned the water on and the hose expanded to the 30m, no issues so far. Once ready to water, (when fully expanded) I pressed the trigger and the hose started to re-contract (started to go back to it's original size)You have to water a bit, wait until the hose is full again and then carry on watering, again!!The hose should stay at full length until the water is closed off surely?Getting sent back, sorry.

It’s smaller than expected the outer cover was already snagged and it doesn’t screw on to my outside tap so I have to buy something to accommodate it saying that I needed it so I will keep for a while before buying a more expensive one like my last one. Sorry to be so negative but it is what it is (I hate that saying 🤣
