Bought for my 8yr old niece. Purchased the age 9 but was dragging on the ground but once we got it changed to the age 8 it was perfect. Hangs really nicely because the material is a medium weight but still light enough to flare out when twirling. The quality was excellent and the wee accessories are adorable.Only point - it might be better if the earrings were clip ins rather than for pierced ears.
