Do you need to cure this withr a light or can go right over regular polish then a topcoat?

When using regular polish put the topcoat on top and cure once you’ve done that ur going to put the powder on top before u cure put topcoat on and then cure

Tried to get hailey bieber nails and mine ended up opaque white instead of glazed looking. any tips? i used a milky white base color. shld i use nude?
