This makes for a very nice kayak anchor!
Good deal on a nice piece to use as a kayak anchor. Smooth design leaves almost nothing to get hung up on submerged cover. I’m liking it way better than my old claw anchor and mushroom anchor.I’m sure they’re great for the intended down rigger use as well.

Cane in quick and works as advertised. if your fishing more than 100 ft id recommend getting heavier though due to the blowback

Kayak anchor
Bought to use as kayak anchor. Didn’t want something that would dig into the mud and be difficult to haul up from bottom. This worked to keep me stationary in light winds so I could concentrate on fishing. Stronger winds still pushed me if bottom was hard and smooth. Fit perfectly in my cup holder molded in kayak.

Great canoe / kayak anchor
Using this as a small anchor for my canoe. Tested it out last weekend in decent amount of wind and it did great. I like it because it's small and it probably won't hang up.

Great downrigger ball works in my kayak
I use this downrigger ball in my kayak. I noticed the plastic coating comes off if you bang the bottom with it. Other than that the 4 lb ball is perfect ...

Brings your bait down
I downright at about 90 to 110 feet on Georgian Bay Muskie, Salmon ,etc I go after the lunker's and this ball with fin is well priced and brings it down.I would buy again!

It just the right one for in a pond or lake it 200 ft water in this one .I used it on the down riger great .

Nice balls
Very nicely designed and made balls. Coating looks really good so far and the hooks are nicely placed.
