It operates with a power lead and rechargeable 18650 battery. However the battery isn't supplied, nor is it available from Amazon.You will need to source a battery if using it for photography or you will have a power lead showing.

Rotating base for multiple applications
I bought this rotating base for my sisters ashes urn. It has 3 settings. Fast, slow and forward and backwards. It comes with a USB cable that runs the base.

Great little device.
I wanted a small turntable kind of device to have inside a lightbox for photographing small items for sale. It is perfect for this task. The controls are very clear and it is a great, compact device. It looks great and works well

Does not work for heavier items like cakes
If you put heavier items on this it hesitates and limps around. It doesnt run smoothly at all so no good for taking cake videos. Woud be good for lighter items.

It is much smaller than I expected, and the customer service wasn't good.

Worked great but for the price should include the required odd sized batteries.

Disappointed
I bought these as a center piece for our vow renewal and they spun for a whole 3 min until all 7 of them died! This was the first time they were used w brand new batteries too

Fonctionne bien et très silencieux
Discret aussi. Je le laisse tourner 24/7 sur 90°. Avec un projecteur de 500g dessus, aucun ralentissement ou bruit bizarre. Fonctionne bien sur batterie, consomme très peu mais je le laisse brancher au courant, en intérieur.J'ai pas essayé plus lourd et l'objet doit être au centre, sinon le plateau peu pencher un peu et forcer le moteur, réduisant sa longévité. On passe juste quelques minutes à régler la positon, la rotation et la vitesse.Par contre, faut toujours le démarrer et le régler avec les boutons.Enfin, le plastique est correct et l'usb-c est top. Je le recommande, surtout pour ceux qui sont pas bourrins.
