The recommended dose is one per day which provides approx 29mg of carnosine and 8.25mg if zinc. Do not exceed daily dose is written on the bottle however if you look at studies where zinc carnosine has been medically administered at least four times this much has been given, so why the low dose recommendation?

Have been using this product along with HCL to correct low stomach acid... as far as I can tell all working well... have only been using for a month ....

It works. Gut better since I’ve taken it.

I ordered this product, as the very effective product I usually use (a PepZin GI type of Zinc & Carnosine) was out of stock at the time. It had no effect whatsoever at relieving my gastric symptoms.

I checked all (yes literally all) zinc carnosine supplements out there and this is the only one that has nothing else in the ingredients apart from of course hpmc and micrystristalline cellulose. The price per pill is not the NR.1 rank but zinc carnosine can be so good for you why would you mind.

Ich hatte längere Zeit mit unangenehmen Völlegefühl zu kämpfen, obwohl ich mich normal ernährt habe, ich habe vieles versucht.Jetzt nehme ich seit ca 3 Wochen Zink Carnosine und es geht mir viel besser, das Völlegefühl ist weg, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!♡
