Best lighter is so unique It doesn’t flame but yet when you put it next to a WIC it lights up quick. It makes this weird noise when you turn it on my dogs bark crazy laugh out lo it doesn’t flame but yet when you put it next to a wick it lights up quick. Have tried many different lighters to light our woodstove. All were butane and wore out rather quickly. This unit has been in service for several months now, is used daily and never fails to light the fire. The only requirement is to occasionally plug into a USB port and recharge.update 10/30/2019- still very happy with unit. best lighter for woodstove. only problem is the switch cover (or whatever its called) fell off so the tips are always out. must be careful not to hit trigger inadvertently.

Bought a few of these as stocking stuffers and kept one for myself. Love the fact that there's no butane. Works great for lighting candles...probably would not be good for lighting a gas log fireplace or a BBQ grill

I bought it about month and a half ago for my household. It was working fine so far and I was about to leave a wonderful 5 star review, but than 2 days ago it stopped working. Charged it, tried again, nothing. I cant find any info on the page to contact seller. I would have tried to return but as i don't know how to contact the seller, I have no other option than to leave this review here. 1 star in only justified because it is very easy to use, when working.

Worked once & never worked again. Waste of money.

The good:It's a decent lighter and works perfectly right out of the box (which is pretty fancy packaging, IMO). A nice feature is the open, partial "ring" shape at the bottom that allows you to hang this up somewhere or tie something to it, if you wish. Perfect length and shape for lighting candles, grills, etc.The OK:Plastic casing instead of metal. Probably not a big deal, but seems like it would easily break if you sat or stepped on it wrong - or if a lot of pressure were placed against it (it's shaped like a stick, so... could snap in the middle).The bad:Makes a really high pitched noise that hurts my ears when you use it. The information on the package indicates that this is normal!? Even if you only use it for a couple seconds, it hurts. Kinda makes you not want to use it at all..... and if I had known it would do this, I wouldn't have bought it. Hopefully it will get better over time. Apparently all plasma lighters make some sort of sound like this - I wonder if they all hurt your ears like this one does.

This thing is great! I have an antique stove that requires a spark to light it, this works better than any of the long lighters (gas) that I've bought in the past. Also a wiz for candles, especially the disposable ones that go into restaurant candle holders. Fast as can be, no fuss, no muss.

I am looking for a lighter that can use for a long time without refill the gas.Here it is！I do really love this lighter！It is sooooooooo good. Easy to use！Also the safety lock！I will recommend it to my friends.
