I am 25 weeks pregnant with my second. Both pregnancies I’ve struggled with sciatica making it hard to get my daily movement and steps in. I had a different belly support belt my last pregnancy that quite honestly didn’t work so I was hesitant to try another but wow my mind is changed! This belt is so comfortable and soft! I also feel secure and like it’s holding everything together and offering great support. My sciatica didn’t bother me at all so no pain during my walk today! I got a size medium which is perfect! I have room to grow still! I am already loving this 3 in 1 maternity belt and highly recommend giving it a try!

This takes a bit more getting used to how to put it on than my last one but provided more support than that did. Once you get the hang of it it's fairly comfortable. I wouldn't expect the version recommended for the first trimester would do much since it doesn't feel very secure until you put the larger back piece on but you honestly don't usually need to wear anything early on. I'd recommend trying it out, it's a good deal for the cost.

Great maternity belt! Ive been using it for almost a month, it’s very easy to use and helps my back a lot. I definitely recommend it.

Really helps. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and started having back and pelvic pain. Nurse recommended a belly band and it has made a huge difference. I did not have issues with the Velcro and find the belt comfortable. Only complaint is maybe a little bulky but at this point ADGAF.

I have had so much back pain recently, but today I got my belly band & haven’t had any issues I am 32 weeks pregnant! What a life saver! The support and fit is amazing I’m 5’1 190lbs pregnant and 130 lbs normally so all this extra weight has been hurting me but huge life saver!
