This is great stuff! If you’re here you’ve probably studied methylene blue for personal daily use a little. This is the stuff you’re looking for!I’ve used and reordered this product for months. 1 drop is 0.5mg and I personally use 40 drops (20mg) daily. Each person has their reason for wanting to supplement with MB. I like that it gives me energy, allows for better food processing in my diet, and I believe it is greatly helping with ATP production and long term health.Pros: health benefits, I learned about the benefits of MB from the book “The Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue” by Mark Sloan. The blue tongue stain goes away in an hour or so.Cons: taste is bad, like drinking dirt water. I add 40 drops to about 1 cup water and just drink it fast. Then I follow up with another 8 oz of just water to clear the taste. However you can get water flavor packets to add with it that will greatly help this, I just prefer to drink it straight and get it done.Another con is that your urine will be blue when you use the bathroom. Just clean up anything that gets in a spot it shouldn’t and you’ll be fine.Overall this is a long term use product. Find a way that you can consistently take it, flavored or straight with water. And educate yourself on what medication it should not be taken with. It’s great stuff!

Methylene Blue has a fascinating, multi-use history. I probably should have always had some on hand. I checked the manufacturer's website, and they are a serious supplier of quality chemicals with the ability to make custom solutions. As I discover more uses/needs, I am sure I will be buying from them again. Additionally, when I contacted them, they were pretty responsive.One final note: I haven't found anyone using this for its beautiful blue color, so I'll be trying some things.

I didn't have no trouble taking this. I used the entire bottle but really nothing to compare it to. Felt a little more focused. You will pee blue. I added mine to about 8oz of water. You could just use the dropper with a consistent 10 to 12 drops everytime and just squirt it in you mouth. Does mix with water on its own with little soaking. Didn't come with any verification sheet about being tested.

First off it has no taste. Be for-warned. Your teeth turn blue. But a super quick brush with water takes that away. It will also turn your urine blue, then green, then it goes back to normal. I feel like a smurf and then the hulk lmao.As for the effects. It seems to even me out. I've been angry and tired lately. For months actually. I have been taking it every other day or so ( 10-20 drops and rising) and my highs are still high but my lows are far fewer and less extreme. Its easy to use. Some drops in water and shake. Easy.

New to MB usage and so far has worked great with very little side effects. Doesn’t take long to get off of skin. I actually consume and wear topically. Recently had to put cat down and while doing paw prints she bit me. Enough to puncture skin. After disinfecting I put a couple drops of MB and in hours the swelling reduced. On day two of it and it’s helping. Consuming is easy-mix a few drops in water or sparkling water and it’s great. It’s very concentrated so super dark.
