Hydrolics not working
I bought this product for my father just 6 months back. The hydrolics suddenly stopped working and the chair is left in reclining position. Tried contacting them to assign a technician but got no response. Total waste of money. They should atleast help by providing some support.

Looks comfortable but not sturdy
The looks and works well howdver it is very wobbly and not sturdy at all. Very unsturdy and if you are out of power, you cannot get the chair back to its original position. If you try to get off the chair from the front or the side it could topple easily and you could get hurt. It is very light weight.

within few months of use the button of recliner is broken
within few months of use the button of recliner is broken and there has been no contact by the seller.I have tried contacting you guys last month also but there has been no reply and within the few months use to button to pull the recliner up and down has stopped working. I was not expecting this from you guys.

My dad loves it
I bought this recliner for my dad. After sitting on it for 1 day he regretted why he didn't buy this much earlier :-) He loves this recliner and has made a few of his friends also buy it.

Uncomfortable for tall people.
The media could not be loaded. Don't buy this if you are 5'11 and above. It is not that comfortable as a recliner sofa should be.
