Badass Women's Ankle Grip Socks for Gym Fitness in Black

I ordered these socks to wear to my kick boxing class and I love them!

I study martial arts and, since we can't wear shoes on the mats, I've been on a quest for some good foot protection. Honestly, I don't like to go barefoot in a gym. I've tried many grip socks for yoga, but a majority of yoga socks either have open toes or individual toes. I decided to give both a try: the ones with open toes provide great grip, but still leave your toes exposed to germs on the mat. The ones with individual toes pull between my toes when pivoting and jumping and I end up having to rip them off 10 minutes into class. I finally found a few pairs that were just regular ankle socks with grip, but all of those either lack a good grip or are just too girly for my taste! And of course, similar socks for men are too big. Finally, I found these "badass" socks. They are a great fit (size 9), don't slip down the heel, and stay in place during all movements. The material is medium thickness, high quality, and seems to wick sweat pretty well. Well made & soft. The non-skid is thicker than most but comfortable to walk on and wear inside a shoe. Arrived on time.

The grips are fine. But, the socks are now way undersized and fit is much too small. I bought these last year and size was better.
