It was effective but it was a bit snug on the big toe. I could only wear it at night when I was sleeping.

I had to buy these because another bunion protector I purchased did little to nothing. This one pleasantly surprised me. It has more than enough padding to lessen my pain (doctor told me I have a less severe bunion). As a fair warning though the padding between the toes is very thick so it can be uncomfortable in some shoes or for long term wear. I only wear them inside the house and I feel the pain reduction is 100% worth the slight uncomfortability. For reference I wear a women’s size 6 and ordered a Small as I wanted more pressure on the bunion

This is the size of the large Bunion Relief Sleeve. The part for the bunion was fine. However, I woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain inasmuch as it was cutting into my foot. There is very little give to the bottom stitched part that goes around your foot. Unless you are getting this and you have the foot size of a 6 yo child, I do not recommend that it would fit anyone.

It is not the most balanced between price and quality. It's expensive. They're good to start with.

Sizing was wrong.
