I'm a real estate manager at university and this has almost everything you need to know about the five methods with examples and explanation.

This is a relatively short book - I am a big fan of short books. Clearly and logically laid out and a great summary. I loved the flow diagram laying out which formula to use in which situation. If you need a bit more explanation, about why certain things are the way they are, then you'll maybe need to refer elsewhere. If you combine this book with Blackledge, then you're sorted (IMO).
