Cathy was very helpful and patient in working with me to try to fix the problems with my NVR.
I had a technician install my Zosi camera system. There were a few problems with the NVR that the technician couldn't resolve. I contacted Zosi and Cathy responded to me. After several attempts to resolve the problems it was agreed upon for me to return the NVR for a replacement. My replacement arrived soon afterwards and I'm waiting for the technician to install the new NVR. Thank you so much for your support, Cathy.

Great customer service!!
Hey everyone, just wanted to leave my review for this product. Honestly speaking I think these cameras are great. I’ve already recorded one incident and everything looks nice. The only thing that kinda sucked was my nvr box for some reason stopped working. I also had one of the cameras and the power supply stopped working. So yes three separate incidents but I highly doubt it had anything to do with the quality of the build. Just bad luck I guess but the technical support workers at zosi really are life savers because they were able to help replace them all. They respond pretty quick too despite the different time zone. Overall I’m happy with the cameras and the customer support even if it started off rough.

2 Replacement Cameras Showing B/W only!!!
I bought 4 replacement cameras in August 2021 and I only got my technician to come and replace them yesterday. 2/4 replacement units ONLY showing in B/W and the install was done during the day. Settings for all 8 cameras were defaulted and 6/8 cameras working very well, automatically adjusting to infrared when it was night.I sent a message to ZOSI about the issue. Awaiting feedback on my 2/4 replacements.I have been back and forth with ZOSI for the last couple of days concerning my replacement cameras. PLEASE BE AWARE.. if you an international customer (living outside of the US, with a US skybox address or you are sending any ZOSI item to a friend or relative that lives in the US).. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM ZOSI..They want you to ship back the item from your home location (shipping cost exceeds the cost of a brand new item, which absolutely makes no sense).I have purchased other items from different sellers with same issues and other sellers just send the new/ replacement item/s without you sending the faulty item back to them.INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!Or... Any even to get a refund, you are still required to ship back the faulty item/s from ZOSI.It would have cost me $129.00usd to ship my faulty cameras (2) to ZOSI.. and the cost of 2 new cameras are $99.98usd..ZOSI... YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Zosi - Not too shabby / UPDATE / JUNE Update
I am at 4.5 stars on this camera system overall. I am generous, but I will work through some of the kinks.4K with 16 cameras - 8 Bullet / 8 Dome.I installed 15, holding off on the last one for now because I really don't need it. It is a Dome camera, so will keep it as a spare.Cable - I ran Cat6A, 23AWG, shielded cable to each camera. You can run cheaper Ethernet, but don't cheap out on the cable. I have homeruns from the patch panel to each camera. I think my longest run is 124 feet, which is well under the POE distance standard practices. Probably don't need to say this, but will. Do use Cat6A terminations on your cable.Zosi does supply pre-terminated Cat5e cables (60ft?) for each camera. I would have preferred the option to exclude them from my order to save some money. Nice cables, but not shielded, so I will end up donating them to GoodWill.Mini Rack - See photo - I picked up the rack and patch panel from Amazon. Patch panel and jumpers are rated for Cat6A also.I have the NVR plugged into a PWR strip / surge suppressor, which then goes into a UPS.I bought small electric break out boxes to mount my cameras on. Drilled them out, painted them, and mounted the cameras to them. I think it looks better this way.On the base of the cameras, they have a space for the cable to come out of the side. I did not need this feature so I shoved a small piece of foam weather striping in the opening to keep the bugs out. When I took down the old camera system, they were full of critters. When I lit up the cameras, they came right up.Zosi instruction manual is pretty weak. They really need to hire a technical writer because this product has a lot of capabilities that I am still working through on my own and with Zosi support. Example, I am trying to figure out how to get the cameras to have night time color, and not have alarms and lights coming on.Little stuff like that is not clear in their documentation, but I will get it figured out.Zosi Support - if you give them plenty of clear details, photos, screenshots, they do a very good job in getting back to you with a response. I asked them numerous questions before I made my purchase, and they were very helpful. Now, to be fully transparent, I have had my system installed since August 2022 and it works pretty good. Their iPhone app needs additional development, but overall, it is pretty decent for my needs. The audio feature is not bad. I can hear people talking, and they can hear me. There is a time delay that you need to deal with when talking to someone over the camera.Today I had one of my bullet cameras flake out on me. It is rebooting on its own. Not a port problem as the problem followed to the new port. I am going to see how Zosi works with me on this issue. I am 99% sure it is the camera.I wish Zosi used a solid state hard drive, because this one is pretty noisy when you go to do a search. The search feature is pretty slow, so you have to be patient. That is with me doing the search while at the NVR. The search feature on the iPhone seems to work pretty good. Yes, you can hear audio during a playback of the recordings.I typically do not purchase extended warranties, but for this I did as a precaution. I did it through Amazon, and I have heard they do a good job. Hope I don't need to find out on my own.In closing, if you are somewhat technical, and are able to run and terminate cable, this product will work fine.Sorry, for the long post, but there is a lot of information to cover. Good luck.Go Navy!UPDATE NOV2022As mentioned above one of the Bullet Cameras flaked out. I worked with Zosi via email and followed all of their troubleshooting steps until they agreed with me that the camera was defective. Once they had the Camera Model/SERNO, they provided me an RMA shipping label the next day. As soon as UPS had the camera in their hands to ship out, Zosi sent me a replacement Bullet Camera. All in all, I am very impressed with the RMA turn-around time.FYI, I plugged in the new camera and it came right up. All good.UPDATE MAY2023Had 3 bullet and 1 dome camera flake out. Still under factory warranty. Worked through the Zosi support group, and I must admit that they do respond quickly. I have answers same day or next morning. We tried upgrading the firmware on the cameras, but they had me package them up and return them along with the NVR. They confirmed the RMA drop off and sent me the replacement cameras and NVR right away.Everything is working good right now, and do not expect any other issues.I do give two thumbs up to the Zosi tech support because they DO respond, and they are quick about it.V/R, Big Jim in TexasGo NavyUPDATE JUNE 2023I had 2 Bullet Cameras go out on me earlier this month. Both are mounted outside under the eave and out of direct sunlight. No idea why they went out on me, but they were part of the original batch of cameras I installed last year. I worked with Zosi troubleshooting team (Karby?) and isolated the problem to the cameras. Thankfully they were in a spot that I did not need to break out my extension ladder! It took them a couple of days, and I rcv'd the UPS return label.I took photos of the cameras being packaged up and sent them to Zosi. I am packaging Ninja. LOL. Double boxed, bubble wrapped, peanuts, the whole nine-yards. What really amazed me was that I had 2 new bullet cameras the very NEXT DAY. Now, that is pretty awesome customer service.By the way, I powered down the NVR, removed power, and then installed the 2 new bullet cameras. Powered the NVR up, and both cameras came online faultlessly. It has only been a few days, but so far so good.V/R, Big Jim in TexasGO NAVY

Great cameras and system for price
This is my 3rd upgrade all with ZOSI systems and I have them at home and a business. These cameras are crystal clear day and night. I’m still learning how to do all the adjustments and programming etc. I had a little issue with linking my PTZ cameras but I had a chat session with Jar, a customer service tech and within 10 minutes issue was resolved and he taught me how to link each type of camera to the system. He provided fast and excellent service to help me.
