Sent wrong product, ruined Christmas gift
I ordered a custom candle with my daughters photo and “love you mamaw” on it. Christmas gift for great grandma. Shipping took awhile then when it arrived it was entirely the wrong candle. They sent me a candle with “light me when your in the mood” obviously I cannot gift that to great grandma. No time to spare I ended up buying another gift for grandma elsewhere. They took weeks corresponding to just agree to send me a replacement and give me a tracking number for the replacement. Once it arrived nearly a month later the photo was very pixelated with spots all over the photo. Candle is very small for the price of $30. Would not recommend and I won’t be a return buyer.

Horrible workmanship
For this price I expected a good quality product. The picture is just a photo you glued to the front of this glass candle. The photo has bubbles all in it and is very rough to the touch and can barely be made out as to what it is. It is a simple picture of m;y granddaughter. I'm so disappointed.

Doesn't smell
There is no fragrance, to this candle. I bought it for my boyfriend and can't even smell it, half of the writing was cut off of it. I will not be buying another one.

Loved it but much smaller than I thought it would be. Everything was perfect though, smells great

This was much smaller than expected. Not worth the final price.
