Great for Individual use
This single Arm Tricep rope is perfect for the individual user. My current gym doesn't have a single arm and their double arm isn't great either. This is easy to carry and perfect quality for the individual user which wouldn't take the abuse.

Thick and sturdy
I use this for golf workouts on a door mounted bungee. Just the right size and good quality. It has some flexibility but it’s stiff enough and I can fit both hands over the length.
