Work for me
Bought these after I used all the gels in my teeth whitening kit (mouth guard with the light). They really do make a difference after id say around 7 days of use you can tell that they make your teeth whiter.

They don't whiten your teeth
Bought these after I'd used up all from my kit with mouth guard and blue light. The previous gels worked amazingly. Unfortunately, these ones don't work at all. I don't know if I've happened to be giving a dud batch but they literally do nothing at all. Would not recommend and won't purchase from here again.

Best thing to do is to go to the professional hygienist to get whitening done

Not as good as my previous ones, used it for a couple of weeks, went back to my old one and immediately noticed the difference
