I ordered this product in haste because my washer wasn’t working. I did some research online and was pretty sure it was the correct part. Not long after I placed the order, I received a message on Amazon (first message I’ve ever received from an Amazon seller), asking the model number for the washer, as this part has similar likes to others and may not fit my machine. I responded by saying that I did not know where to find the model number. A person named Vic messaged me within minutes to tell me exactly where to find it. I sent the model number and a thank you for the awesome help and Vic’s response, minutes later, was that the appropriate part will arrive the next day!! I received the carefully packaged part and replaced the old, defective one and my machine works! I could not be happier with SoCal_Supplier and Vic. Thank you so much for the follow ups and for ensuring I ordered what I needed.

We bought this to replace the original that was grinding very loudly and failing to agitate after many many years of service. Now this one is making noise again after a couple months.

The drive pulley shaft for electric motor was wobbly and leaking, so by replacing this with original transmission it was no problems, and no modifications needed and works great.

The media could not be loaded. I spent about 8 hours installing this gearcase myself 2 weeks ago. Attached a video of what it sounds like now. Horrible product, would not recommend anyone buy this
