Purchased as a way to precook and keep mashed potatoes warm after reading something about it.Once I received it, I started to research options and found I could do so much more.First full meal, mashed potatoes as a test, two 1-1/4“ 12oz rib-eye steaks and some side fixins’.This made the best steaks I ever cooked.I did 2 different steak doneness temps. And pre-made the potatoes then pulled everything out all together.Amazing.The package came with a recipe book with full color pictures, about 8 heavy duty pouches and an air-remover suction thing. (I just used bpa-free freezer zipper bags)The cooker was great quality and ran very quietly.I highly recommend.
