I was really surprised at how this did NOT work. I wore it while sitting inside my sauna blanket for 45 minutes, and not one drop of sweat came out of it. It was almost like it protected me from sweating.

I have a hernia from surgery and it really gives me great relief when putting pressure on my stomach. If it is bothering you with sweating put the slick side out.
