The contents were great upon browsing but the issue is I received the book with a really deep crease on the cover and like 1/4 of the book.

This is a fun way to see what’s lurking in your mind. It’s not your typical guided journal or self-help stereotype. It’s flexible to your style and feeling at any given moment. I recommend! Especially to all the skeptics out there, like me. I like it so much I got a copy for a gift right away!

I love jotting in this book. It really gets you to dive deep inside yourself and think. The fact that you are to actually burn it keeps those deep thoughts secret but by writing them down gets then off your chest. I need to but another one for later in life. And it makes perfect gifts.
