AeroPilatesby Stamina Workout DVD

I like the DVD but after 4-5 used it skips and gets stuck. I would like a replacement

Pointless DVD! She doesn’t give good instruction, and even at the end she refers to creating your own routine! WTH??? If I wanted to create my own routine, I would NOT HAVE BOUGHT YOUR DVD!!! If you’re looking for a guided workout since studios are closed and you’re trying to continue your practice at home, just go online to YouTube or find a streaming service, because this DVD sucks a big one and was over $20! :(. I’m returning it!

Not for beginners

I liked the CD but the CD started skipping after I used it several times. I only used it in my macbook pro so thinks its the quality of the cd not the way it was used. I would like a replacement

I didn't purchase my DVD through Amazon but I am happy to have the opportunity to write about how HORRIBLE it is! I've been using my Stamina aeropilates reformer for 8 years, on and off. I get tired of the series that the reformer came with so I purchased this and I regret the purchase. She moves around so quickly and doesn't give you time to adjust your tension or chords. It's annoying that she is using her daughter as an example because she's focused on Sklyer, not us at home. Save yourself the money and disappointment.
