Capsules, not pills
These are pill capsules, not pills, so can't break them as the ones i normally get. I normally take a 1/4 of 200mg hard pressed pill (=50mg), and it works well, these i have to take full 100mg size, but they don't work for me at all. Even after 1hr absolutely no energy or effect. Not sure why.
