No branding No Company name
Simply received in a packet in amazon box. No Company Name no Branding, no labels on the product. Not even a pamphlet with company name and instructions. Arn't Healthcare products supposed to come with some kind of owners details? How do i know if this is a cheap toy or a Healthcare product? Who would You complain if this does any kind of damage to your neck?About the usage- used it for 3 days and must say it not very comfortable to use. Also i have neck pain daily ever since i started using it

No Relief So Far!
