Needed to replace my OEM tank after it started leaking at the seam. This bolted right in and fit perfectly. No hassle. Very happy with product.

I replaced a leaking tank on my pressure washer. It is almost identical to the one I replaced and I was able to mount it securely without any modification. I hope it will not leak. i have not gassed it up yet. I will wait until I need to use it before filling the tank with gas which may be springtime.The old tank had 3 mounting holes for small bolts, two on the rear side and one in the middle on the front.The new tank has 4 mounting holes, two on the front and two on the rear. The mounting bracket on the front of the engine was wide enough to allow me to use both bolt holes....very secure.

After using it a few times with only a small amount of fuel, I finally filled the tank. As the tiller bounced, the fuel cap started leaking. So I tightened the cap and a few minutes later I hear a pop and smell fuel as the seam breaks from the pressure. So apparently this things needs assistance venting pressure which essentially means only filling it 1/4 of the way and not tightening the cap

Great tank. Didn’t fit but with a few modifications I made it work

I discovered that my fuel tank had a severe leak. I would fill it up and the level went down immediately.The way this tank is manufactured is the top and bottom are fused together and I had noticed that it was wet around this fused seam and it was gas. so I ordered this tank to replace it on my Jonsered ST 2261E Snowblower. it is identical to the original so it was a simple swap and we are back up and running and dry, no leaks. Replacement was easy enough, just remove the three little bolts from the cover around the bottom of the tank to reveal the front two mounting bolts. There are two on the front and two on the rear, pull the tank slightly up to reveal the fuel line. remove the fuel line clip and tank is off. Reverse procedure to install the new fuel tank. That's it in a nutshell.

Exact fit for the tank. However, I needed to order a different gas cap because the one that was supplied is not a vented cap.
