Worked on the first try, with no companion or other second device need in my three way switch configuration. Easily connected to google home, as well.

One of the few smart switches that works over WiFi and Alexa. Does require a Alexa skill to work. Seems a bit cheap in construction and was afraid to really torque down electrical connections.

After using a Leviton smart switch for a couple of years and having to reconnect it to WiFi every time the power went out, it finally became really flakey and ultimately failed. I tried the Amazon Basics switch and found it to be a cheap toy. Another generic switch was similarly cheap and flimsy.This UltraPro switch was 1/3 the cost of the Leviton and has an even better build quality. The "auto-detect line/load" feature is nice (If you don't know which is which, you probably shouldn't be messing with the thing though). The best thing is the fact that the switch has separate up (on) and down (off) directions. Most of these smart switches have a single on/off button and just look like a normal switch. That's annoying to me...The UltraPro app probably needs its images and interface in the add device walk-through updated - they look like they were made for a smaller-resolution phone. That's nit-picking though. The app functions perfectly fine.

Very easy to install. It comes with a traveler wire, if you need it. Set up is simple. Compact design leaves space in the gang box. So far programming is working well and let’s me control lights at the end of my driveways with a timer or direct control. Also will automatically set dusk to dawn, if you like. I do not use Alexa, so can’t comment on that. I’ve had no issues with Wi-Fi connection. Using 3 different devices for three different appliances/lights. No interference between them. Like this product.

I bought this wifi smart switch to replace a conventional 3-way switch. I had to have an electrician pull a neutral wire to my junction box since this device will not work without it. I was the impression that this switch would operate in a similar way as a conventional 3-way switch but after several calls to technical support, I was told that thus switch would not work with my existing wiring. You see, if you want to use this switch in a 3-way circuit, it has to be wired in a specific way.Fortunately, I found a different brand 3-way wifi smart switch that does actually replace a conventional 3-way switch. And like most switches, this one also required a neutral wire in order to work.I will say that I've used other Ultra products like smart plugs with no problem. But in this particular case, their smart switch was not appropriate for my particular situation.

This is a great alternative to the other wall mount switches with colored push buttons. It blends in well with decora switches on multiple blocks and is much cleaner looking.

This is a smart switch that is compatible with Alexa and Google. It has an app that was easy to download.
