Tasty lo mein at home!
Great for making lo mein at home! Easy to cook and tastes good! The texture and thickness is on par with restaurant lo mein. Price is similar to other big box stores.

Perfect noodles if done right!
Don't listen to the reviews saying "yuk" and "they stuck together" because these folks clearly don't know how to properly make lo mein with their spaghetti skills.Lo main takes a bit of skill and a couple tricks... but it's worth it for restaurant quality lo mein!▪DO NOT over boil. I take mine off and drain a minute or two sooner than the package suggests.▪Toss immediately in a skillet with the lo mein sauce/oil/vegetable mixture, coating well. DO NOT skimp on the oil. Add more oil if needed while tossing it. At this point it will be somewhat sticky, maybe even gummy... but fear not!▪Just LET IT REST. This is KEY. Turn the heat off and let it sit for 30 minutes or more, tossing every 10 minutes. Something about letting it rest causes all those starches to seize up and it's no longer sticky or gummy. They turn out perfect for me every time with this method. They cool down a bit during this process but just reheat the noodles in the skillet before eating, adding more oil if necessary. It finish it off with soy sauce as last step.Good noodle sauce base is to combine oyster sauce, a little brown sugar, soy sauce, pepper flakes (optional), white pepper (optional) and sesame oil.
