I've suffered with Lactose intolerance and all its symptoms for the past 10 years. I've been taking 1 a day of these for 2 weeks and the gas and stomach cramps have reduced dramatically. I'm so pleased with the results considering they're only 4 BILLION but having read up on what I really needed to try and get control of this problem I discovered that this Bifidobacterium strain is necessary to address the symptoms of lactose intolerance.

Has a strange chemical taste which is probably the coating on the capsule. otherwise they are fine.
