Quality product, very happy with it.

First time I've had to change one of these, and all went well. Worked great, fast delivery, and all is printing well.

The printer was printing lines. Purchased and installed the new belt and printing is clear and sharp again.

I think this was just an issue with my brother printer, but with in a few months of replacing the drum with this product, it alerted me that it needed to be replaced again. I reached out to brother directly about the issues and was told that my printer model was going out of stock and I ended up buying a newer model because they couldn't service the old one any more. Printers are just at an awkward price point where it's hard to know if your best value is to buy replacement parts and try to have it fixed or if you should just get a new one.... probably if the drum goes out just get a new one imo.

I do buy knock off toners, but spend the extra to get OEM drums.This one worked like it should because it was genuine replacement.

Thank goodness for Amazon and YouTube because I would’ve called a printer repairman to come and fix my drum. This was so incredibly easy to install and reset the parts life.

Avoid the others and stick with an OEM drum. Well worth the additional few dollars compared to the Chinese knockoffs.

Installed this drum 1 month and 5 days ago and now it is reporting that the drum needs replacing again. Printer gets use but not excessively and shouldn't need monthly replacements.

Been using this printer drum for a few months now and it just works. Nothing flashy or complicated—just does what it's supposed to do. The printer's still going strong, no issues with the print quality, so I guess that's a win. If you're looking for something that simply gets the job done, this is it. No bells and whistles, but it hasn’t let me down yet.

Always has met our needs. Works as intended.

Le kit est parfait, toutefois il a été long à recevoir et je ne sais pas pourquoi. Ils en avaient stock au magasin où je fais affaire normalement, mais était moins cher sur Amazon.

Giving this a 4 star as we changed the drum and our printer is still saying change the drum.
