They were great a first and then....
I wore them for the first time today, working 10 hours, and I had zero pain in my feet. Usually I have the balls of my feet start to burn around 8:30am and nothing. I walked on concrete all-day without pain. I did feel some discomfort in my foot, ankle/heel, but I'm chalking that up to the insole doing what it's supposed to do. Around 2pm, 8.5 hours into wearing them, the discomfort went away. I'm sold. I usually run to my chair when I get home because my feet are so sore but not today and hopefully not tomorrow either. I ordered size 11 and 11.5 to see what would fit best in my size 11EW boots and the 11.5 fit perfectly.--UPDATE--Although these were comfortable...they made my boots sound like clown shoes. Working in a factory, being around loud machinery all day, and all I could hear was squeak squeak squeak whenever I walked. That got annoying real quick. I though it was just them needing to break in but I don't think that was the case. So I sent them back and got a pair of SOLE insoles. The thick version with the met pad and those seem to be just fine. $35 cheaper too. I'm able to get 2 pair of the SOLE's for one pair of these. Seems like a no brainer. Took 2 stars away for the price and the annoying noise they made.

Insole is too thick for my shoes, making them too tight to wear.
Insole was too thick for wearing my shoes comfortably. Will probably try the thinner ones.

I have Charcot foot and I am a RBKA, so my left over foot needs much support
Ok since I'm an amputee and I have one foot left, and have what caused the right foot to be removed, and that was my best foot. I've been searching for over 2 years to heal ny foot and I've searched and tried tons of shoes. I found the correct shoe for me, that allows support and easy walking for both my live foot and the metal guy. So I tired this insert and I can't believe how this has not only given me the padding that a Charcot foot needs, but these have the support and corrective for overpronation. Also these worked great for my metal foot, which I have never experience before. I will be a lifetime buyer and promoter to help others who lost a leg and also maybe in the same unfortunate situation with Charcot. Your product will allow others with disabilities to walk better, feel better and keep walking with their head held high down my new path of life.

The new version is too thick
After removing the old m100, I popped these Elite insoles into my running shoes and crammed my foot in. The new design fill in too much space. Tried taking some steps and my ankle was pushed out of my shoe. Very disappointing — the old model was great.

The Jury's Out
The new, "improved" inserts feel quite different than the old version and after wearing a few days I am not so sure I am a fan. They don't squeak like the older ones did for me ( and apparently many others) BUT they are so thick that my feet are sitting noticeably higher than with the inserts that came with my New Balance shoes or the older Protalus inserts. I did see a comment from someone else to this effect and doubted it. NOW--- not so sure. SO---the jury is out. My eft foot feels fine but I have a vague discomfort in my right heel that I did not have before. I hope it passes.
