It’s my favorite supplement and it sells out frequently but always comes back. I can’t hold the fact that it’s popular against it. Tastes great, results coincide with its use and energy is always great when I have it!

I’m a 53 year old woman, been lifting my whole life. This stuff is a game changer. I notice it curbs appetite and cravings.Tastes fantastic. I notice prolonged energy and strength. I take this 30-60 minutes before lifting. Benching 190 and hit a PR on leg press today at 450 pounds. The only downside is that it does have a slight effect on GI system but not enough to make me not want to take it. I take it twice a day and cut out my morning coffee due to the caffeine. I drink this instead in the morning on work days.

Honestly, i didn't have much faith in the product but I was tired of oxy shred so I thought id give it a try. LET ME TELL YOU, you will not be disappointed. My appetite has curved and I notice myself getting slimmer. I am very active and gym for about two hours every day. I hate to admit that it is better than oxyshred. Its really sweet but just add more water and you'll be fine. 10/10 product would recommend.

I normally work out in the morning with a typical pre-workout (I do like Kaged pre's). I tried this after workouts on my most recent cut to mostly help with appetite suppression in the late morning, which is when I tend to get hungriest. Usually I'll have a cup of coffee around then, so I subbed in this sup instead.Pros: It definitely suppresses appetite. I don't get hungry before lunch, even when I'm cutting out calories in the morning.Cons: It's *really* sweet, to the point where it's almost hard to drink. I'd like it a lot more if they took out some of the stevia. I tried to sip it like coffee at first but switched to chugging it. Also, it seems a little pricey per serving.I'm still debating whether or not to buy another. I may try something a little less pricey and see if I can get the same appetite suppressing effects.

Taste is 100% its absolutely delicious. I use this as a preworkout and so far I have no complaints. No tingling sensation but i think it works haha. It also dissolves well. I have placed another order haha

I don’t usually drink caffeine and I read reviews that said this doesn’t make you jittery- maybe if you’re already used to a certain amount of caffeine. I felt sick and sweaty and my chest started to hurt. Cut the scoop down to half and that seems to work fine. Should have a warning.

This thing is awesome! No jitters, just clean energy. This product combined with exercise and well balance diet, I lost 4 pds the first week. This products definitely helps with those days you’re like “ugh , I don’t want to workout”…. Well think twice!!! This will get you off your seat!
