This makes an awesome "dynamite" (sushi style) salmon salad, which is great as a sandwich or on crackers.I love adding eel sauce and spice mayo to this, with some furikake to make a sushi inspired salad.I don't really measure anything, just adjust it how you like it.I mix my own spicy mayo so I can get the spice level where I want it.This also tastes good with avocado.There's a lot in each packet, so it makes at least 2 servings.I have ordered this many times.This last order seems to have more water in it and the water smells VERY fishy , but once you pour out the water the salmon is fine, sometimes I leave it in and just add a couple of crushed up Ritz crackers to soak up the excess liquid, because somewhere in the back of my mind I have convinced myself that the water has vitamins in it...LOL.So, far the funky liquid hasn't made my sweat smell fishy the way sardines can (if you've ever eaten sardines for any length of time you know that "old man" smell I am talking about).One of the reasons I buy pouch salmon is to not have to deal with bones, skin, or excess water, so I hope they stop adding so much water or I will have to find a different product.Other than that it's a wonderful product.

I love these packets of salmon. They provide as easy way to consumethis naturally healthy fish. Rather than use tuna to make tuna salad Iuse this as a substitue. Tuna is high in mercury so this is a better alternativeif consumed more regularly. The sodium, however, is high as it is in most ofthese products so one has to be aware of that.

Stupid me, I saw that word "wild" and assumed it was Alaskan. From what I can tell by Googling, it probably WAS caught in Alaska but then frozen and sent to Thailand where it was processed and put in the pouch. The salmon is tasty enough and I'm happy to forgo the mess of dealing with the skin, slime, and bones found in my regular brand - Pink Beauty in a can - but I was disappointed to see "product of Thailand" printed on the package.

Excellent flavor and quality. The meat is cleaner than what you get from a can, and the perfect portion for a meal. I use this salmon instead of tuna for the tuna salad.

I enjoy it and I get it when it runs out.

I love to take these pouches to work for my lunch but lately can’t find them at my grocery store - these from Amazon are less expensive and the same high quality

This stuff is good but I expected to at least to get a year before they expire
