Golden State Art, Pack of 10, 3/16" Thick, 16x20 Black Foam Boards (16x20, Black)

This is good, typical foam core board with smooth thin covering over the foam.Thin but not fragile.Good for backing, and for extra protection when carrying around smallish watercolor on paper.The descriptions had me worried it was going to be some kind ofoddity, but it is as expected.

It has multiple uses for me. I needed baking for my name cards for a show. Worked brilliantly.

The boards came in a perfect package so that they did not arrive bent or damaged during the course of delivery. They were the right size as ordered. Our painted canvas fit perfectly and the board is sturdy. Good quality for the price.

I have used these boards in Elementary school for an art project. They are of a very nice quality and very sturdy. I have easily glued the artwork to them and even with a lot of transportation from one school to another they still look great.

The boards are fine. The packaging was very poor. It was a lightweight thin cardboard sleeve. The corners were damaged. That significantly reduced their value. I won’t order again. Surprising because other golden state products were properly packed.

Can't afford frames so I staple this handy dandy foam board to the back of the 70 plus watercolor paintings I've been doing while on lockdown here at the old folks' home.. I call my work Corona Zoo, animals for each letter of the alphabet, Ape to Zebra. I'm happy. The foam board works fine.

Worth the purchase. Did not want to have to cut my own, was happy to find this size for a photo backing project I was working on.
