Received Used Jeans Instead of New
I ordered a pair of Levi's jeans, but I received a used and old pair instead of a new one. This is completely unacceptable, as I expected a brand-new item.I also did not notice that the product had a no return policy when placing the order. Even so, receiving a used item is not acceptable under any policy.Please help me with a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Great Fit, but color Might Fade
The fit is perfect, but I’ve noticed that the color might fade over time. I would recommend buying it only when it’s on sale, as the regular price doesn’t feel quite justified for the quality. Also, the red tag on the back is normal, e

I Brought solid black.. The pant look exactly same as image given.color ,quality ,style everything good. I gave 4 rating out of 5 as there is no protective package at the time of delivery.. I received it cover seal half opened.
