This kit was exactly what I needed. I also bought the terrarium starter kit that comes with soil, rocks, and moss. The moss in this kit was much softer and came in a lot of pretty colors, the one that came in the starter kit was all green and a little rough. This bowl is, of course, quite small, so you can't expect to do anything really grand with it, but it's the perfect size for my desk at work. I love the wide, angled cut of the rim; it makes everything very visible, and it was easy to assemble without too much fuss.The dinosaurs that came with both kits were a major bonus to a dinosaur lover like myself.
